Returns
You can request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns: Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them. The item should be in the original packaging with all labels intact.
Perishable Items: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on perishable goods, such as food products, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@najmushealthyfood.in with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide details for shipping the product back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning a product due to a change of mind or for any reason other than a defect or damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products: In the case of damaged or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@najmushealthyfood.in with details of the issue and we will assist you with the exchange process.
